“I can't say enough about you guys. From your first call in February (Tyler, Steve) up to today, you have exceeded my expectations. Twice technicians were at my house until 10 at night, on the weekend, and did not leave until the problem was diagnosed or resolved. My sewer line was not a normal situation and very hard to work around but they did it, they did it correctly and they did it quickly so as not to inconvenience myself or my neighbor. Chris was excellent (working until 10 P.M. on Father's Day), and Kevin made sure I was pleased with the job. Matt was absolutely awesome beyond words! He calmed my fears, explained everything, and put me at ease. He made sure everything was done correctly and he was accessible whenever I had a question or concern. I would never use anyone else but Zoom because of their employees and their service. My favorite thing is the fact that no matter what's going on, how late or how hot it is, the technicians ALWAYS put on shoe covers before coming back into the house. Thanks Zoom!”

“I woke up to water in my basement from a blockage in my main sewer line. I called Zoom and they came out to my house within a few hours. He was incredibly friendly, professional and explained the whole process thoroughly. The drains were cleared, he viewed all the plumbing with the video line and made sure everything was in check before leaving. Courteous, friendly and fast. I hope I don't need my drains cleared again, but if I do I'd certainly call Zoom”

“I know it typically does not work this easily every time. However, when I called Zoom this morning they put me in the schedule for this afternoon. I then got a call back asking if a technician in 30 minutes would work for my schedule. Ben showed up in 30 minutes and was able to skillfully communicate what services he could provide to tackle what we were facing. I then proceeded to somehow think his name was Matt and cheerfully called him Matt the whole time. Never did he correct me, but later reading my invoice I see that I'm oblivious and Ben is patient. He also was able to snake clean, video inspect, and clean out debris clogging our u-bend in under 40 minutes. So crazily, I called and had working drains again in under two hours. From the time I called. You guys are the best.”
