I called Knighton Plumbing after a giant gush of water broke through our ceiling downstairs below the laundry room. A technician arrived the next day and investigated the leak. He was very professional and thorough and clearly explained what he found, answering all my questions. He suspected that the drain pipe was plugged further down the pipe and was backing up into the floor drain and then spilling over into the ceiling below, so we scheduled a jetting of the pipe. The Zoom Drain technician who arrived the next day was also very professional and thorough when he came.
Unfortunately, that evening after he left, the drain overflowed again and dumped water all over the kitchen below. I was frustrated and felt like perhaps he hadn't gone quite far enough when he was jetting, so when I called Zoom back later, I expressed my frustration that we would need to pay for another jetting when they hadn't done an adequate job the first time. The person I spoke with at the office responded very professionally and said they stand by their work and answered my questions and listened to my concerns. The next day the owner arrived at my home along with two technicians and they spent a couple of hours further evaluating my plumbing. It turned out to be a much more complicated situation than originally thought, but by the time they left I was confident that the pipe was totally clean and we had resolved the actual cause of the leak.
